Payment is upfront and through invoice.

Cancellations can only be done before payment.

If the client fails to communicate a delay on the payment the commission will be disesteemed after 10 days past the according date.

The commission sold is for personal use. Making profit off it is strictly prohibited.

Estimated time for the commission to be ready is from 15 to 30 days.

Chibi commissions have only one revision upon hand-in.

Colored sketch commissions have only one revision upon hand-in.

Simple shading commissions have one check-in instance and one final revision upon hand-in.

Rendered commissions have two check-in instances and one final revision upon hand-in.

An initial sketch will be presented for both simple shading and rendered commissions for approval.

Any major changes (ie. poses, outfits, backgrounds) can only be done over the initial sketch. After approval, only minor changes will be accepted.

Major changes after this instance will include an additional fee.

I work with fixed schedules and I expect the client to respect them as well.

In case of a change in the schedule the client will be informed accordingly.

Processing/using/feeding the acquired commission in any of its instances through any AI (artificial intelligence) engine will be considered a commercial use and an extra fee will apply.

Q: Can I request for my commission to be in vertical/horizontal format? A: Yes ! I recommend specifying what format/ratio you would want your piece to be. (ie: Phone background format, banner-horizontal, 9:16, etc.)

Q: How much time do I have to make the payment ? A: As much as you need. It can be done anytime before the first check -in date given, but ya can always request an extension.

Q: Can I print/use my commission for personal or non-profit merch ? A: Absolutely ! Feel free to make use of it as ya please, as long as ya don't commercialize it in any format.

Q: Can I request a deadline for my commission ? A: Yes. I do work with a flexible schedule for all commissions, so if ya need it for a specific date, ya can request it at the beginning of the process with no extra fee.

Q: If I accidentally lose/delete my commission files after the commission process is over, can I request it to be sent again ? A: Of course. Please always feel free to reach out in those cases, no matter how much time has passed. I keep all commissions saved in HQ in case it happens.

Q: What is the difference between each commission option/style? A: While rendered works contemplate background and lighting, simple shading works have only a base shade on top of the flat colours. In last instance, colored sketch pieces have flat colours and all details are simplified.
